Tyner Academy got themselves on the board against Brainerd on Thursday, but Brainerd never followed suit. They were the clear victors by a 10-0 margin over the Panthers. The high-scoring performance was a welcome turnaround for the Rams' hitters, who had struggled in the games prior.

Tyner Academy's victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 2-6. As for Brainerd, they are on a 19-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-6.
