Jonathan Reyes gave up the fewest walks he has since back in April on Wednesday. As a matter of fact, he turned in his biggest game of the season, pitching 1.2 innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. He is becoming a predictor of Beverly's success: when he allows at most two earned runs the team is 3-1 (and 5-6 when he doesn't).

Looking ahead, Reyes and Beverly will square off against Peabody Veterans Memorial at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
