McDaniel's game last Saturday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Sunday. They breezed by the Churchill Lancers to the tune of 56-25. The Mountain Lions 's offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

McDaniel's victory bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Churchill, they are on a ten-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-6.

McDaniel will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Putnam at 7:15 p.m. on January 3, 2025. As for Churchill, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 55-27 defeat against Roseburg on the 23rd.
