Jackson South Side lost against Crockett County back in March of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Jackson South Side Hawks fell 7-2 to the Crockett County Cavaliers. The Hawks' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Jackson South Side saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Luke Benson, who scored a run while going 1-for-3. Wyatt Diffee was another, scoring a run and stealing a base while getting on base in two of his three plate appearances.

Jackson South Side's loss dropped their record down to 4-2. As for Crockett County, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Jackson South Side will square off against McKenzie at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Crockett County, they will take on Chester County at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
