Dallas has gone 8-2 against Wyoming Valley West recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Mountaineers will be playing in front of their home fans against the Spartans at 4:30 p.m. The timing is sure in Dallas' favor as the team sits on four straight wins at home while Wyoming Valley West has been banged up by four consecutive losses on the road.

At the plate, Brady Youngblood was incredible, going 1-for-2 with one home run and three RBI. Jude Nocito was another key player, going 2-for-3 with two stolen bases and two runs.
Meanwhile, Wyoming Valley West can bid farewell to their seven-game losing streak thanks to their game on Thursday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Crestwood, sneaking past 6-5. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last six times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.
Ray Chimock and Dioneivy Taveras dominated on the mound. Chimock tossed three innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off two hits, while Taveras pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. The dominant performance also gave Taveras a new career-high in strikeouts (three).
On the hitting side, Damien Eastman was a standout: he got on base in all four of his plate appearances with two runs. That's the most runs he has posted since back in April. Another player making a difference was D'Vonte Rivers, who got on base in three of his four plate appearances with two runs and one triple.
Wyoming Valley West always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .515. They are a perfect 3-0 when they post an OBP of .513 or better.
Dallas is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-5 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.8 runs over those games. As for Wyoming Valley West, their victory bumped their record up to 7-10.
Wyoming Valley West's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Dallas hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .342. It's a different story for Wyoming Valley West, though, as they've only averaged .233. Will they be able to contain Dallas' hitters?
