With a playoff win on the line, McDonogh rose to the challenge on Sunday. They put the hurt on the St. Paul's Crusaders with a sharp 14-2 victory. Considering the Eagles have won nine matchups by more than five runs this season, Sunday's blowout was nothing new.

The win (which was McDonogh's fourth in a row) raised their record to 15-10. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.0 run on average over those games. As for St. Paul's, their loss dropped their record down to 15-9-1.

As of now, neither McDonogh nor the Crusaders have any future games scheduled.
