Marvell Academy had to kick off their season with an away game, and unfortunately wound up with a long bus ride home. They ended up on the wrong side of a painful 20-44 walloping at Manchester Academy hands.
Delta Streets Academy had to travel to play their first game of the season, and the final result was worth the trip. They steamrollered North Sunflower Academy 48-0.
Delta Streets Academy's lifted them to 1-0 while Marvell Academy's loss dropped them down to 0-1. We'll find out if Delta Streets Academy can add another positive mark to their record or if Marvell Academy can shake off the loss and take the spring out of Delta Streets Academy's step.
