Shepherd Hill Regional made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 3,890 from 4,550. The improvement was largely due to a 36-22 victory over Grafton Memorial last week.
The Rams led Southern Worcester County - A in scoring this week after putting up 36 points on the Indians. Jake Gelb ran for 126 yards and caught 1 pass for 21 yards in the win.
Shepherd Hill Regional's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Drew Jean-Guillaume threw for 21 yards and Gelb had 21 yards receiving. On the ground Gelb contributed 126 yards.
Gelb was a passing and rushing force as Chris Lindstrom's team topped Grafton Memorial.
Gelb was the most successful running back in the league this week. Jean-Guillaume also contributed to the rushing game with 33 yards on the ground.
Shepherd Hill Regional's offense cannot be tamed this season and the Rams feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Jean-Guillaume has thrown for 58 yards this season, while Gelb has 3 catches for 58 yards. Jean-Guillaume also leads the league in rushing with 372 yards.
