Norris has gone  a perfect 4-0 against Lincoln Northwest recently and they'll look to pad the win column further  on Tuesday. Norris is taking a road trip to  square off against Lincoln Northwest  at 4:30  p.m. Norris is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 9.5  runs per game  this season.
Norris will head out to face Lincoln Northwest after giving up their first home loss of the  season on Monday. Norris took  a  7-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of Pius X. The  matchup marked the Titans' lowest-scoring  contest so far this season.
  Crew Moeller was cooking despite his team's loss,   going 1-for-3 with one  home run. The team also got some help courtesy of  Alec Small, who  got on base  in all three of his plate appearances with one  double and one  RBI.
Meanwhile,  winning is always nice, but doing so behind a  season-high score is even better (just ask Lincoln Northwest). They had just enough and edged out Gretna  16-14.
 Zayden Frye made a big impact no matter where he played. He  struck out nine batters over  four innings while giving up  four earned runs off only  two  hits. Those  nine  strikeouts gave  him a new career-high. He was also big at the plate,  scoring three  runs and  stealing a base while  getting on base  in three of his six plate appearances.
 Frye wasn't  the only one making solid contact as  four players wound up with at least one hit. One of them was  Sam Ramsey, who  went 3-for-5 with four  RBI and one  triple. Those  four  RBI gave  Ramsey a new career-high.  Daniel Hernandez also deserves some recognition as  he  brought in his first  RBI of the season.
 The  victory  got Lincoln Northwest back to even at 2-2. As for Norris, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-2.
Lincoln Northwest's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them:  Norris hasn't had any issues making contact this season,  having earned a batting average of .363. It's a different story for Lincoln Northwest, though, as  they've  only  averaged .227. Will they be able to contain Norris' hitters?
 Norris came out on top in a nail-biter against Lincoln Northwest in their previous matchup  back in May of 2024, sneaking past  4-3. Will Norris repeat their success,  or does  Lincoln Northwest has a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
