The Holliston Panthers will wrap up 2023 with a road trip to face off against the Sharon Eagles at 2:00 p.m. on Friday. Holliston comes in still looking for their first win of the season.
Last Thursday, Holliston came up short against Hopedale and fell 59-52. Holliston has not had much luck with Hopedale recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.
Meanwhile, even though Milford scored an imposing 56 points on Wednesday, Sharon still came out on top. Sharon walked away with a 68-56 victory over Milford. The win made it back-to-back wins for Sharon.
Holliston's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Sharon, their win bumped their record up to 2-0.
Things could have been worse for Holliston, but things could have been a whole lot better as they took a 63-47 loss to Sharon in their previous matchup back in December of 2022. Can Holliston avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
