That's the first time this season that Battle pulled down eight or more rebounds.
Fayette County's defeat dropped their record down to 10-7. As for North Clayton, they bumped their record down to 3-13 with that loss, which was their seventh straight at home.
Everything came up roses for Fayette County against North Clayton in their previous meeting back in February of 2023 as the team secured a 112-45 victory. With Fayette County ahead 42-21 at the half, the match was all but over already.
