Lutheran South Academy put another one in the bag on Saturday to keep their perfect season alive. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the La Porte Bulldogs. This was payback for the Pioneers, who suffered a 3-2 loss the last time these two teams met.

Hallie Garner paced Lutheran South Academy's offense, picking up six kills. Garner got some help from Addison Musgrove and her 14 assists. Aniston Collins and Eli Wittman kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with three aces apiece.

Lutheran South Academy's victory bumped their record up to 7-0. As for La Porte, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lutheran South Academy will welcome The Woodlands Christian Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for La Porte, they will face off against Clear Lake at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
