Jayhawk Linn and the Eagles are an even 5-5 against one another since January of 2017, but not for long. The Jayhawk Linn Jayhawks will be playing in front of their home fans against the Uniontown Eagles on Monday. Uniontown took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Jayhawk Linn, who comes in off a win.
Jayhawk Linn had to endure a three-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They came out on top against St. Paul by a score of 40-27 on Friday.
Jayhawk Linn can attribute much of their success to Bryton Spencer, who scored 14 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Spencer has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Ryan Broyles, who scored eight points.
Meanwhile, Uniontown pushed their score all the way to 55 on Tuesday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They fell 65-55 to Central Heights.
Jayhawk Linn's win ended a four-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 5-10. As for Uniontown, they now have a losing record at 6-7.
Jayhawk Linn skirted past the Eagles 39-36 when the teams last played back in February of 2023. Does Jayhawk Linn have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Eagles turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
