Jake Benitez posted a new career-high in runs on Friday. As a matter of fact, he turned in his biggest game of the season, scoring three runs and stealing three bases while getting on base in four of his five plate appearances.

Looking ahead, Benitez and Livonia will be playing at home against Dansville at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. The Bulldogs are 8-2 against the Mustangs going back to May of 2019, a lead they'll look to extend.
