In what's become a running theme this season, Lakeshore gave their fans yet another huge win on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Franklinton 84-53 at home. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win Lakeshore has posted since December 18, 2023.
Caiden Bickham was his usual excellent self, dropping a double-double on 23 points and 24 rebounds. He has been hot recently, having posted two or more blocks the last 13 times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Owen Guth, who scored 20 points along with three steals.
Lakeshore's win bumped their record up to 16-10. As for Franklinton, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 9-9.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Lakeshore will take on Sumner at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Franklinton on the road again on Thursday and play against Pine at 7:00 p.m. on February 1st.
