There's no place like home for Novi, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Monday. They blew past the Walled Lake Western Warriors 3-0 on Thursday. That three set margin sets a new team best for the Wildcats this season.

One reason for the win was Novi's just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-19, 19-12.

Novi's victory bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Walled Lake Western, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2-1.

Novi will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Hartland at 4:00 p.m. on the 28th. As for Walled Lake Western, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 3-2 defeat against Northview on the 19th.
