 On Wednesday, Mercer was able to grind out a solid  victory over West Middlesex, taking the game  8-4. The  win made it back-to-back  victories for Mercer.
  Jayden Amos made a splash no matter where he played. He  pitched three innings while giving up   no  earned runs off   one  hit. Amos has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't  given up  more than one  walk in four consecutive pitching appearances. Amos was also solid in the batter's box,  scoring a  run and  stealing a base while going 1-for-3.
 In other batting news,  Cole Fisher was  excellent,  scoring a  run while going 1-for-3.
 Mercer has  been performing  well recently as they've  won three of their last four matchups,  which provided a nice bump to their 4-6 record  this season. As for West Middlesex, their loss was  their fifth straight on the road, which  dropped their record down to 2-7.
