The Hampton County Hurricanes lost against the Woodland Wolverines last Friday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Hampton County took a 45-41 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Wolverines.
Among those leading the charge was Kah'Liyah Geddis, who scored 18 points. Lyniah Kitt was another key contributor, scoring 11 points.
Hampton County's loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 14-10. As for Woodland, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 6-13.
Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Barnwell the next time they take the court. Woodland will head out to face Barnwell at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, while Hampton County will host them at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
