In what's become a running theme this season, the Bishop Snyder Cardinals gave their fans yet another huge win on Thursday. They put the hurt on Baldwin with a sharp 58-36 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Bishop Snyder.
It was another big night for Asya Jones, who almost dropped a double-double on 36 points and nine rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points she has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Carolyn Caldwell, who scored seven points along with 13 rebounds and three blocks.
Bishop Snyder has been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight games, which provided a nice bump to their 16-9 record this season. As for Baldwin, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-13.
Bishop Snyder will face off against the Indians at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. That game will pit two of the most dominant guards against one another: Nyrie Gabriel and Jones. As for Baldwin, they will square off against the Cardinals at 6:00 p.m.
