Putnam County typically has all the answers at home, but on Tuesday Butler proved too difficult a challenge. They came out on top against the War Eagles by a score of 52-44.
Washington County's loss dropped their record down to 10-9. As for Butler, their win bumped their record up to 13-7.
Washington County couldn't quite finish off Butler in their previous matchup on January 2nd and fell 52-49. A big factor in that loss was the dominant performance of Harris, who scored 27 points along with seven rebounds and six steals.
