Portsmouth/Oyster River have had to suffer through a 3-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. Everything went their way against Spaulding on Friday as they made off with a 42-13 win. Portsmouth/Oyster River were expected to win, but the margin was definitely larger than the state rankings had forecast.

The victory bumped Portsmouth/Oyster River's record up to 1-3. Spaulding are still searching for that first win as they fell to 0-4.

Portsmouth/Oyster River will look to defend their home turf next week against Timberlane at 7:00 PM. Timberlane took a loss in their last matchup and are no doubt out to reverse Portsmouth/Oyster River's good fortune. Spaulding will stay at home against Dover at 7:00 PM.
