Paxton-Buckley-Loda won the last time they faced Herscher and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Paxton-Buckley-Loda Panthers put the hurt on the Herscher Tigers with a sharp 54-29 victory. The Panthers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six contests by 23 points or more this season.

Herscher's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Payten Young, who posted eight points. Alex Wright also deserves some recognition as he grabbed his first steal of the season.

Paxton-Buckley-Loda's win ended an eight-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 7-8. As for Herscher, their loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 5-12.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Paxton-Buckley-Loda will face off against Tolono Unity at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Herscher, they will head out to square off against Peotone at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
