They put the hurt on McKinney Christian Academy with a sharp 53-32 win. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Trinity Christian also won the last time the pair played back in December of 2020.
McKinney Christian Academy's loss came despite strong showings from Emily Barnhill and Hannah Massingale. Barnhill scored 14 points, while Massingale scored 10 points along with 5 rebounds. The match was Barnhill's fourth in a row with at least ten points.
Trinity Christian's victory bumped their record up to 2-3. As for McKinney Christian Academy, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-3.
Trinity Christian will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Episcopal School of Dallas at 5:00 p.m. on December 15th. As for McKinney Christian Academy, they will face off against Wakeland at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday. Wakeland presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than McKinney Christian Academy in Texas (Wakeland is ranked 444th, while McKinney Christian Academy is ranked 922nd).
