Middle Early College is 8-2 against South Park since January of 2019, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Middle Early College Kats will head out on the road to face off against the South Park Sparks at 6:00 p.m. South Park took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Middle Early College, who comes in off a win.
Even though East scored an imposing 57 points last Friday, Middle Early College still came out on top. Middle Early College enjoyed a cozy 75-57 win over East. The win was just what Middle Early College needed coming off of a 75-42 loss in their prior matchup.
Meanwhile, South Park was beaten by Health Sciences Charter 77-48 on Saturday. While losing is never fun, South Park can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New York basketball rankings (they are ranked 450th, while Health Sciences Charter is ranked 73rd).
The win got Middle Early College back to even at 3-3. As for South Park, their defeat dropped their record down to an identical 3-3.
Middle Early College was able to grind out a solid win over South Park in their previous matchup back in January of 2023, winning 54-46. Does Middle Early College have another victory up their sleeve, or will South Park turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
