Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Butte County). They took their contest on Monday with ease, bagging a 79-40 win over the Mackay Miners. With that victory, the Pirates brought their scoring average up to 51.5 points per game.

Butte County's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Brynn Andersen, who went 7 of 15 en route to 17 points and five rebounds. Another player making a difference was Abbie Knight, who posted eight points and eight boards.

Butte County smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 20 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least 19 offensive rebounds in three consecutive matches.
