The team also got some help courtesy of  Cam Brooks, who  scored 12 points along with eight  rebounds and two  blocks.
 Leonardtown's win  on Friday was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from   Landon Windell, who  scored 11 points along with two  steals. Another player making a difference was  Darius Searles, who  dropped  a double-double on ten points and 15  rebounds.
 Great Mills' loss  ended  a  four-game streak of wins at home  and  dropped them to 17-5. As for Leonardtown, the  victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 15-6.
 Great Mills does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Leonardtown, they will head out on the road to  challenge  Westlake at 6:30  p.m.  on Wednesday. Leonardtown knows how to get  points on the board -- the  squad has finished with flashy point totals in its past five games -- so hopefully Westlake likes a good challenge.
