Bishop McCort's game on Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Monday. They walked away with a 6-1 win over the Bishop Carroll Huskies. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Crushers also won the last time the pair played back in May of 2024.

Bishop McCort's victory bumped their record up to 8-5. As for Bishop Carroll, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-11.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Bishop McCort will venture away from home to square off against Westmont Hilltop at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The Crushers' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Hilltoppers have averaged an impressive 6.5 runs per game this season. As for Bishop Carroll, they will head out on the road to take on Bald Eagle Area at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Huskies are facing the Eagles at the right time seeing as the Eagles are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
