The Campbell Spartans will look to defend their home pitch on Tuesday against the Dunwoody Wildcats at 6:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.
After soaring to ten goals the game before, Campbell were a bit more limited in their game on Friday. They fell just short of Harrison by a score of 1-0.
Meanwhile, Dunwoody couldn't capitalize on their home-pitch advantage in their season opener. They ended up on the wrong side of a tough 4-1 walloping at the hands of Lambert on Tuesday. Dunwoody has struggled against Lambert recently, as their matchup on Tuesday was their third consecutive lost matchup.
Campbell's defeat dropped their record down to 2-1. As for Dunwoody, their loss dropped their record down to 0-1.
Everything went Campbell's way against Dunwoody in their previous matchup back in March of 2023 as Campbell made off with a 4-0 victory. Will Campbell repeat their success, or does Dunwoody have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
