Sports Leadership & Management came out on top against Sunrise Mountain on Monday thanks in part to the team's impressive ten-run second inning. The Bulls blew past the Miners 14-0. The result was nothing new for the Bulls, who have now won nine matches by seven runs or more so far this season.

Alex Garcia was incredible, going a perfect 2-for-2 with three stolen bases, three runs, and one triple. He has become a key player for Sports Leadership & Management: the team is 6-1 when he posts at least two runs, but 4-13 otherwise. Talan Everett was another key player, earning two RBI, two runs, and one stolen base.

Sports Leadership & Management always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .556. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Sunrise Mountain only posted an OBP of .353.

The victory made it two in a row for Sports Leadership & Management and bumps their season record up to 10-14. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 0 runs in those games. As for Sunrise Mountain, their loss was their 13th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-15.
