They took their matchup on the road on Tuesday with ease, bagging a 50-8 victory over the Spartans. Lake Station Edison has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won ten matchups by 21 points or more this season.
The win (which was Lake Station Edison's fourth in a row) raised their record to 16-7. As for North Newton, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-18 record this season.
Lake Station Edison's road trip will continue as they head out to face the Fighting 59ers at 6:00 p.m. on February 2nd. North Newton does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
