Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Arthur-Okaw Christian to victory, but perhaps none more so than Annabelle Haskins, who scored 12 points. That makes it three consecutive games in which Haskins has scored at least 25% of Arthur-Okaw Christian's points. Another player making a difference was Avery Herschberger, who scored ten points along with eight rebounds.
Despite the loss, Cowden-Herrick/Beecher City still got an impressive performance from Macee Rodman, who scored 29 points along with six steals. The game was Rodman's 15th in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Karlee Smith, who scored seven points along with nine rebounds.
Arthur-Okaw Christian pushed their record up to 17-2 with that win, which was their ninth straight at home. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 50.7 points per game. As for Cowden-Herrick/Beecher City, they have traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost four of their last five matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-9 record this season.
