Josh Hair led a balanced group of hitters, going 2-for-4 with four RBI, two doubles, and a run. The team also got some help courtesy of Braiden Roberts, who scored three runs while going 2-for-4.
Even though they lost, Mountain View didn't let batters stay on the plate for long and finished the game with ten strikeouts. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Payson only tossed three.
Provo pushed their record up to 14-4 with that victory, which was their third straight at home. As for Mountain View, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-12.
