Salt Fork had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 8.7 runs) and they went ahead and made it four on Wednesday. They never let the Blue Ridge Knights get on the board and left with a 15-0 victory. Considering the Storm have won six contests by more than nine runs this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

Salt Fork's win bumped their record up to 9-6. As for Blue Ridge, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-10.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Salt Fork will host Watseka at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Blue Ridge, they will look to defend their home field on Thursday against Tri-County [Kansas/Shiloh/Oakland] at 4:30 p.m. The Titans have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 9.44 runs per game on average), something the Knights will no doubt try to take advantage of.
