Meanwhile, Mountain View's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Wednesday after their third straight loss. They were the victim of a rough 71-45 loss at the hands of Gabrielino. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss Mountain View has suffered since December 27, 2023.
El Monte has traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost 15 of their last 16 matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-24 record this season. As for Mountain View, their loss was their fifth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 4-18.
