Gladwin had to skate by with only a one-run margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the six-run drubbing they dealt Harrison on Tuesday. The Flying G's blew past the Hornets 13-7. With that win, the Flying G's brought their scoring average up to 6.1 runs per game.

Gracyin Guoan was incredible, going a perfect 4-for-4 with four stolen bases, three RBI, and two runs. She also put up a double, which was her first of the season. Another player making a difference was Austin McCormack, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with three stolen bases, one run, and one RBI.

Gladwin always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .629. That was just more of the same: they've now posted an OBP of .500 or higher in four consecutive matchups.

Gladwin's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 3-6. The home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.7 runs over those games. As for Harrison, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-9.
