After flying high against Mapleton last Thursday, Crow came back down to earth. The Cougars fell 3-1 to the Mohawk Mustangs on Tuesday. The Cougars' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Mohawk found their leader in sophomore Hayven Croce, who had 27 digs and seven aces. Those 27 digs set a new season-high mark for Croce. Another player making a difference was Bellece Bendix, who had 35 digs and five aces.
Crow's loss dropped their record down to 5-4. As for Mohawk, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 10-6-1.
