Lake Ridge had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 4 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. Everything went their way against Crowley as they made off with an 11-1 victory. Lake Ridge not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since March 8, 2024.

Sean Wilson looked comfortable as he pitched 3.2 innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than one earned run any time he's pitched this season.

On the hitting side, Jayde Austin was incredible, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 3-for-3. Ethan Cardenas also deserves some recognition as he got his first hit of the season.

Lake Ridge always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .645. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.

Lake Ridge's record is now 6-9-3. As for Crowley, their loss was their 12th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 10-15.

Lake Ridge will have a chance to go back-to-back against Crowley: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
