After losing to the Nolensville Knights the last time they met, the Brentwood Bruins decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. Brentwood walked away with a 46-36 victory over the Knights on Friday. Given Brentwood's advantage in MaxPreps' Tennessee basketball rankings (they are ranked 20th, while the Knights are ranked 106th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Ella Ryan continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, almost dropping a double-double on 21 points and nine rebounds. Another player making a difference was Ava Jarrett, who scored nine points along with six rebounds.
Brentwood's win bumped their record up to 19-3. As for Nolensville, their loss ended a six-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 15-8.
