On Friday Mount View take on Stearns/Schenck at 7:00 PM. Mount View are expected to win -- but not by much -- so they will need to come into the game prepared for a fight.
Mount View made easy work of Orono last Thursday and carried off a 28-0 win. The success made it back-to-back wins for Mount View.
Meanwhile, Stearns/Schenck found themselves the reluctant recipients of an unpleasant 12-41 punch to the gut against Ellsworth/Sumner.
Mount View's victory lifted them to 2-2 while Stearns/Schenck's loss dropped them down to 1-3. We'll find out if Mount View can add another positive mark to their record or if Stearns/Schenck can shake off the loss and take the spring out of Mount View's step.
