Baseball Recap: Fort Leboeuf Snaps Six-Game Streak of Losses on the Road

Fort LeBoeuf had lost six games on the road, but after bumping their record up to 4-8 on Monday that streak is in the rearview. Everything went their way against the Warren Dragons as they made off with a 9-2 victory. That seven run margin sets a new team best for the Bison this season.

Ethan Bliley was incredible, going a perfect 4-for-4 with four RBI, one stolen base, and one double. That's the most hits he has posted since back in April of 2024. Another player making a difference was Nick Askins, who went 3-for-4 with two runs, one stolen base, and one double.

They weren't the only ones making solid contact: Fort LeBoeuf kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 13 hits. They are 2-1 when they post 11 or more hits.

As for Warren, they are on a 12-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-12. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss they have suffered against Fort LeBoeuf since May 9, 2022.

On Warren's side, they saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Elijah Snyder, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base and one run.

Fort LeBoeuf wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next match, a 23-11 defeat against Cathedral Prep on the 7th. As for Warren, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 15-5 loss against Meadville on the 6th.
