Jefferson added to the longest winning streak in Southern this week by beating Santee, 32-20. The victory was the fourth in a row for the team.
Fremont made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 12,566 from 12,794. The improvement was the result of a 15-14 victory over Diego Rivera Learning Complex last week.
Jefferson's Antonio Haygood and Jarmaine Doubs have formed a dream team this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. 6-2 quarterback Haygood has thrown for 249 yards this season, while Doubs has 7 catches for 130 yards. Sheldon Arnold from the Falcons leads the league in rushing with 1,943 yards.
David Wiltz's team led the league in scoring this week by notching 32 points on Santee.
