While Landrum put up plenty of runs on Monday, the same can't be said for Whitmire. The Cardinals blew past the Wolverines 11-0. Considering the Cardinals have won ten matchups by more than five runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

Landrum's win bumped their record up to 14-6. As for Whitmire, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-12.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Landrum will venture away from home to face off against High Point Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Grizzlies have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 9.92 runs per game on average), something the Cardinals will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Whitmire, they are taking a road trip to challenge Ware Shoals at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Hornets will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something the Wolverines surely won't give up without a fight.
