If the MaxPreps national rankings hold true, the near future looks bright for Harvard. They will challenge Hampton on the road at 7:00 PM on Thursday. Harvard have bulldozed their previous seven opponents, so Hampton might have their hands full.
Last Friday, Harvard put the finishing touches on their 7th blowout victory of the season. Everything came up roses for them against Silver Lake as the team secured a 79-8 victory. Harvard found Harvard's leader in underclassman sophomore Ben Okraska, who rushed for 107 yards and 2 touchdowns. If you haven't heard Reazola's name lately, then you haven't been paying much attention: he has loomed large in their past seven games.
Meanwhile, things haven't been easy for Hampton, and their contest last Friday only extended their streak of losses to five. They were completely outmatched, falling 12-72 to Deshler.
Harvard's win lifted them to 7-0 while Hampton's defeat dropped them down to 1-6. Harvard have been dynamite on the offensive side of the ball, averaging 70.86 points per game. We'll see if Hampton can find some way to disarm them.
