Kennedy is 9-1 against Regis since April of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Trojans are taking a road trip to square off against the Rams at 4:30 p.m. Kennedy is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 10.5 runs per game this season.

Things were looking good for Kennedy after they put the first run on the board on Monday, but unfortunately for them things went downhill from there. They fell 6-3 to Country Christian.

Grace Traeger put in work no matter where she played. She pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up more than one earned run in three consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-3 with one run and one double.

Traeger wasn't the only one making solid contact as five players wound up with at least one hit. One of them was Gabriela Farnsworth, who went 1-for-3 with two RBI and one run.

Meanwhile, Regis didn't have quite enough to beat Valley Catholic on Thursday and fell 9-8. The Rams have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Hadley Foster was cooking despite her team's loss, going 3-for-4 with two triples, three RBI, and two runs. The team also got some help courtesy of Olivia Adams, who went 2-for-3 with two runs.

Kennedy's record now sits at 6-6. As for Regis, their record is now 7-2.

Tuesday's contest might come down to which pitcher can control the ball better. Kennedy has hit smart this season, having averaged an OBP of .550. However, it's not like Regis struggles in that department as they've averaged .511. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
