Inlet Grove lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Ty?Rique Alty, who scored 18 points. That's the first time this season that Alty scored 15 or more points. The team also got some help courtesy of Donovan Powers, who scored six points.
Lake Worth's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-4. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 71.0 points per game. As for Inlet Grove, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 8-4.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lake Worth will take on Calvary Christian Academy at 8:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Inlet Grove, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Santaluces at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Santaluces is coming into the matchup on a four-game losing streak.
