It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact the Carver Crusaders can now relate to. They took a serious blow against the Lions on Wednesday, falling 41-7. While losing is never fun, Carver can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Massachusetts football rankings (they are ranked 80th, while West Boylston/Tahanto is ranked 15th).
Tyler Lennox threw for 106 yards and a touchdown.
Josh Grimes was his top target, picking up 40 receiving yards.
This is the second loss in a row for Carver and nudges their season record down to 11-2. As for West Boylston/Tahanto, the victory for they keeps them at an undefeated 13-0.
Carver does not have any more games scheduled as of now. West Boylston/Tahanto also has no future games currently scheduled.
