After losing to the Clarke County Bulldogs the last time they met, the St. Luke's Episcopal Wildcats decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. St. Luke's Episcopal walked away with a 57-47 win over Clarke County on Saturday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for St. Luke's Episcopal.
St. Luke's Episcopal got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Kalaysia Robinson out in front who dropped a double-double on 16 points and 13 rebounds. Robinson is on a roll when it comes to points, as she's now scored 15 or more in the last three games she's played. Another player making a difference was Armani Coleman, who scored 12 points along with two blocks.
St. Luke's Episcopal's win bumped their record up to 6-7. As for Clarke County, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 9-11.
Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Chickasaw the next time they take the court. St. Luke's Episcopal will host Chickasaw at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while Clarke County will head out to face them at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
