Belgreen waltzed into their matchup on Friday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They took down the Shoals Christian Flame 66-47. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 75-35 back in November.

When it comes to explaining why Shoals Christian lost, don't look at Sarah Davis (2025). Despite the final result, she almost dropped a double-double on 23 points and nine boards. That was a full 48.9% of Shoals Christian's points, marking the fourth time in a row she's posted more than a third of the team's points. Kaleigh Owen was another key player, putting up seven points and nine rebounds.

Belgreen has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 8-2 record this season. As for Shoals Christian, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-5.

Belgreen wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 52-19 victory against Covenant Christian on the 10th. As for Shoals Christian, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 72-64 loss against Hackleburg on the 7th.
