Westlake Christian Academy was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as HRK apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in December of 2022.
Westlake Christian Academy's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Caleb Nieze, who scored 17 points along with six rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Nieze has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Grayson Howe, who scored 12 points.
Westlake Christian Academy has traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost four of their last five matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-11 record this season. As for HRK, their win bumped their record up to 3-4.
