Cheyenne Wardell gave up the fewest hits she has since back in February on Wednesday. Northwest had no answer to Wardell as she struck out 13 batters over seven innings while giving up just one earned run off three hits. The dominant performance gave Wardell a new career-high in strikeouts.

Looking ahead, Wardell and Timber Creek will host Bell at 1:00 p.m. on Friday. Timber Creek is a perfect 6-0 against Bell going back to May of 2016, a lead they'll look to extend.
